The clip is six minutes in length. Read through the post while waiting for it to buffer down. OK, will try this. Click on the thumbnail which should take you to the relevant Video on Revver.
Thanks for the comment Australwind (nice name). As you have probably gathered, am still in the process of finding out which is the best (and quickest) method/server system to use.
So far everything has been much slower and more tedious than expected, even with HS broadband. Buuut, we live, experiment, and learn .. heh.
yes, had debated that with self. Have nearly an hour and a half of orig. footage. It really comes down to a question of how much to include, and still keep the 'flavour'of the day.
Could post a serious of 2-3 minute clips I suppose, but that seems to lose the point, somehow.
Have had a chequered history. Back in the '70's and '80's was heavily involved in live theatre in Adelaide, and also film sound recording. Moved to Melbourne in 1983 and appeared in several 'soapies' and doco's. Bought a 32' ketch in 1986, then sailed it to Brisbane in 1988. Several jobs and adventures, including a stint in the AV section of QUT. Swapped the boat for a Coaster bus in 1998, pottered around SE Qld until 1999 then returned to SA. Bought a lawn mowing round and have been doing that ever since.
Update: March 2008. Not mowing lawns anymore. Bought a caravan and am "on the wallaby". Would much prefer to be making movies, though.

Yes it works and, even on a fast broadband connection, takes a while to come down.
Looks like beautiful country.

Maybe smaller clips would be the answer in the short term.... that way they would not take quite so long to come down....
